Whitwell Publishing respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run a publishing website well.

  • Information you give us. If you join a notify or mailing list or email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Usage information. Like most sites, we collect basic, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links.

How we use it

  • To respond to your messages and requests.
  • To send you updates you have asked for, such as new book or episode announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it and keep it secure.

Third parties

We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate the site. These may include:

  • Analytics providers that help us measure traffic in aggregate.
  • An email service provider that stores list addresses and delivers messages you have requested.
  • Affiliate networks such as the Amazon affiliate program. When you follow an affiliate link from the Book List, the destination site applies its own privacy practices.
